Universal Ceiling Fan Remote Replacement

This universal ceiling fan remote control kit is designed to fit all standard 3-Speed AC ceiling fans, including those from Hunter, Hampton Bay, Harbor Breeze, Honeywell, Westinghouse, Home Decorators Collection, Litex, Monte Carlo, and other brands. It is perfect for replacing or upgrading your current ceiling fans. This kit is compatible with most standard downrod style fans, but is not recommended for hugger style fans.

Ceiling Fan Receiver Universal

The ceiling fan remote control kit includes a durable receiver rated at 240W, far exceeding the general carrying power capacity, allowing for the use of more light bulbs and extending the life of the receiver. The receiver utilizes two upgraded relays, offering an improved dimming function compared to thyristor relays.

Remote Control with Light Dimmer

This remote control offers three speed settings (High/Medium/Low) and an OFF mode for your ceiling fan. The green button controls the lights, turning them on and off as well as dimming. Press and hold the green button to adjust the fan light's brightness, which works well with some dimmable CFL/LED lights and all incandescent lamps. Most LED/CFL lights are non-dimmable, and the remote only controls the ON/OFF function in these cases.

Easy to Install and Use

The receiver wires are labeled, and each wire has the correct color codes for easy connection. The kit also includes matching dip switches for the transmitter and receiver. Simply remove the battery cover from the old remote and observe the "DIP" switches (4). Match the pattern of the old remote's switches with the new remote's switches using a pen. Install a new 9V battery (not included) and your remote should work seamlessly.

Important Notes

Please note that this remote does not have a reverse button. If your ceiling fan has pull chain switches, activate these to set the fan speed to maximum and turn the fan light on before using the remote control. Only then can both methods be used together. The remote control operates on a 9V battery (not included).
